Bus Driver 'Roy" said it had not rained in weeks! Says the locals refer to rain as blessings or liquid sunshine. Said while we might be unhappy with the rain the farmers were rejoicing. He also said if u don't like the weather wait an hour, and sure enough it was Sunny Skies once again a hour later!
