I remember that asthe afternoon of the first day there, we got hit we an enormous amount of snow. Great trip. Looking through my boxes of photos trying to find some scenic shots of my own... here are some Flickr shots.

Campitello is a pleasant small and quieter resort with the Col Rodella lift taking you from the centre up to some wide open and blue runs, which beginners and imtermediates will love. The unspoilt resort is calm during the day with lovely shops and cafĂ©’s and comes to life in the evenings with some great restaurants and bars.

Off piste activities include a gym and an ice rink. There are numerous restaurants and a nightclub. Nearby Canazei offers further bars and nightlife, as well as a swimming pool.

Campitello is part of the Sella Ronda ski area, which is unlike any other with stunning scenery, superb snowmaking and a diverse mix of slopes catering for all levels. In terms of size, the network rivals the Trois Vallees in France and it is possible to ski the circuit in a day through the four valleys of Val Gardena, Val di Fassa, Alta Badia and Arrabba. Arrabba itself offers some great north facing black runs.
